Fairfield High School Class of 1956 Fiftieth Year

The Fairfield Ohio High School Clas of 1956 celebrated its fiftieth year reunion July 7 through July 9, 2006. Here, compliments of Barbara Lovett Fugate, are a couple of group photos of the attendees. The top photo was taken on July 7 at the old high school. The bottom photo was taken July 8 at Veterans Park after our brunch.

Linda and Jenny Collins

Two of Mary's daughters-in-law, Linda and Jenny. Linda is married to Vernon and Jenny is married to David. Jenny and Linda are sisters and their husbands are brothers, so their children are double first cousins. Jenny and David have Janine. Linda and Vernon have Courtney and Haley. My spelling is probably all wrong but you get the gist of who is who.

Cousin Manfred (Rex) Collier

Cousin Manfred Collier is the son of Mom's sister, Cora Proffitt Collier. Rex is in his early 80s and looks very good. He is the eldest of Aunt Cora and Uncle Leonard's children. The others are Otis, Johnny(both deceased), Ruth and Sue.

 

Sissy, Bobby and BJ

Naomi Sue Wagers Teague (Sissy), her husband Bobby and son, BJ, aka Marvin. Sissy is the daughter of sister Marie and Husband Steve Wagers. Sissy also has a daughter, Nancy, and a new grandson, Logan.

 

Linda, Carla and Mary

Sisters-in-law Linda and Carla and sister, Mary Collins. Mary and her husband Elwood Collins have seven boys. She also has a bunch of grandchildren and three great-grandchildren with another two on the way.

 

Wade, Duane, and Buffy Cathers

Kenneth Wade is AB's eldest, Buffy is Wade's wife and Duane their son. They have another son, Nicholas.

 

Woody and Terri

Elwood Lewis Collins and Terri Collins just hanging out after burning one. For some reason everyone seems to like to pick on Terri.

 

Cousin Roy Proffit

Cousin Roy Proffitt and his girlfriend Sandy (aka Art's girlfriend) as they depart the park. Roy is also one of Grace's brothers.

 

James Robert Collins

Art' and Linda's kids with spouses

Chuck and Cindy Cathers. Cuck is Art and Linda's eldest and ugliest. Cindy is a good girl but she has poor vision. They're good kids (old kids, but kids never the less) and we all love them to death.

Kristi Lynn and Sean (aka No Talkie Boy) Schoolcraft. Kristi is Art and Linda's youngest. She is also known as Precious.

Ah, here is the middle child, Tricia, with her husband, Tony Riley. She's kind of cute for a red head.
